These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and services offered by Divya Maarg ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operated by Tatvam, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

2. Account & Authentication

• You will create an account using your mobile phone number, verified via OTP
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Services Offered

3.1 Free services: Free kundli generation, dosha preview, dharmic life map summary, articles.

3.2 Paid services:

• Soul Navigator (₹299), Karmic Compass (₹799), Dharmic Life Map (₹1,499) — one-time payments unlocking detailed astrological insights
• Puja bookings (varies by puja, typically ₹1,500 to ₹15,000) — Vedic ceremonies performed by partner temples
• Vedic products (varies) — sacred items synced from our partner platforms

3.3 Service nature: Astrology, Vedic interpretations, and dharmic guidance are provided for spiritual and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You acknowledge that planetary readings are based on traditional Vedic systems and are not guaranteed predictions.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a certified PCI-DSS compliant gateway
• We do not store your card or banking details
• You must use a valid payment instrument that you are legally authorized to use
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information (especially birth details, which directly impact your reading accuracy)
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform via automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our reports, content, or services without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform — including the Kundli engine algorithms, narratives, layouts, designs, logos, and articles — is owned by Tatvam / Divya Maarg or licensed from third parties.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Reports purchased are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute or publish them publicly.
• The "Divya Maarg" name, logo, and the "ॐ" (Om) treatment in our brand are our trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Astrological predictions or remedies will produce specific results in your life
• Pujas will guarantee specific outcomes (their efficacy depends on the devotee's faith and karma)
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatvam, Divya Maarg, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services ends immediately
• Paid reports remain accessible for download for 30 days post-termination, unless terminated for fraud or abuse
• Pending puja bookings will be honoured if performance is feasible; otherwise the no-refund policy applies

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by us
• Subject to arbitration, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures (e.g., temple closures affecting puja bookings).

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or homepage notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
