Divya Maarg operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is processed, refunds are not issued under any circumstance.
1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our services involve significant upfront costs and irreversible processes:
- Kundli reports: Once generated, the chart calculation is irreversible. AI narrative tokens are spent. Computational resources are consumed.
- Puja bookings: Temples allocate priests, materials, and time slots based on bookings. The Sankalpa is taken in your name and offered to the deity.
- Products: Items are temple-energised before dispatch — they cannot be re-sold once consecrated for you.
- Sankalpa principle: In Vedic tradition, the moment you set an intention (Sankalpa), the spiritual transaction begins. Withdrawing is considered inauspicious.
This policy is explicitly disclosed at multiple touch points before payment:
- On every report unlock screen
- Before every puja booking confirmation
- On product checkout
- In your booking confirmation email
- In our Terms of Service and FAQ
2. What This Means
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:
- You have read and accepted this no-refund policy
- You will not request refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals
- You agree to settle any disputes through our grievance redressal process (not your bank)
- Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery action
3. Specific Service Coverage
Reports (Soul Navigator ₹299 / Karmic Compass ₹799 / Dharmic Life Map ₹1,499)
✗ No refunds after payment is captured. The chart and narratives are generated immediately upon successful payment.
✓ The report remains accessible to your account for at least 12 months.
✓ You can re-download the PDF anytime from your Account page.
Puja Bookings
✗ No refunds, even if you do not attend (these are pujas performed on your behalf in your absence).
✓ If we cancel a puja for reasons within our control (e.g., temple closure), we may offer to rebook you for an equivalent or higher-value puja at no additional cost. This is a goodwill gesture, not an obligation.
✗ Personal reasons (change of mind, scheduling conflict, dispute with family) are not eligible for cancellation by us.
Products (Vedic merchandise)
✗ No refunds on products that have been dispatched.
✗ No returns on temple-energised or personally-charged items.
✓ Replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must email support@divyamaarg.com with photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt.

4. The Only Exception: Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service (e.g., due to a Razorpay glitch), we will refund the duplicate charge within 7-14 business days upon verification. Email us at support@divyamaarg.com with both transaction IDs.
5. Chargeback Disputes
Filing a chargeback with your bank without first attempting our grievance redressal is considered a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Provide all transaction evidence (timestamps, IP, email confirmations, T&C acceptance) to your bank
- Pursue legal recovery if the chargeback is reversed in our favour
- Add you to industry fraud blacklists
6. Grievance Process (Use This First)
If you have any payment-related concern:
- Email support@divyamaarg.com with your booking ID, transaction ID, and concern
- We respond within 48 hours on business days
- If the concern is genuine, we work with you on a goodwill resolution (rebooking, alternate puja, store credit — at our sole discretion)
- If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy)
7. Razorpay Disclosure
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Razorpay's own disclosure rules require that this no-refund policy be visible to you before payment. By clicking "Pay" on any Razorpay screen related to Divya Maarg, you confirm acknowledgement of this policy.
