Shipping Policy

How we deliver sacred items to your door

This Shipping Policy applies to physical Vedic products ordered via Divya Maarg. Reports and puja bookings (which are digital/service-based) are not subject to shipping.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Items are temple-energised before dispatch (sacred preparation: 24–48 hours additional)
  • Total time before shipment: typically 3–5 business days

2. Shipping Timelines

📍 Domestic (within India)

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Tier-3: 7–10 business days
  • Carrier: Shiprocket / Delhivery / Bluedart (selected by us based on serviceability)

🌏 International (NRI customers)

  • USA / UK / Singapore / UAE / Australia / Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Other countries: 10–21 business days
  • Carrier: India Post International / DHL Express (selected based on destination)
  • Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic orders ≥ ₹999: Free shipping
  • Domestic orders < ₹999: ₹49–₹99 flat rate (calculated at checkout)
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight + destination
  • Express shipping available on request — email support@divyamaarg.com

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking ID + carrier link
  • WhatsApp tracking update (if you've opted in)
  • SMS updates from the carrier directly

You can also view tracking from your Account → Orders page.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email support@divyamaarg.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach photos of the damaged product + outer packaging
  3. Include your order ID

We will arrange a free replacement, dispatched within 7 business days. The defective item should be retained for 14 days in case our courier asks to collect it.

Note: Per our Refund Policy, we issue replacements (not refunds) for damaged products.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, file a complaint with the carrier within 5 days. We can assist with carrier escalation.
  • If a package is genuinely lost in transit (carrier confirms), we will dispatch a replacement at no cost.
  • Packages stolen after delivery (porch theft) are not our responsibility — you should file a police complaint and claim with the carrier.

7. Wrong Address Provided

If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we will dispatch it again at your cost (re-shipping fee). If the package cannot be redelivered, no refund applies (our no-refund policy).

8. International Customs

  • Customs clearance is handled by the destination country's postal/courier service
  • Duties, VAT, and import taxes are your responsibility
  • If you refuse to pay customs and the package returns to us, no refund applies
  • We declare actual product value on the customs form (no under-invoicing)

9. Festival & Auspicious-Day Dispatch

Some products (e.g., yantras, energised malas) are dispatched only on auspicious days based on our acharya's panchang guidance. Your order may be held for up to 4 days for the right muhurta. This is part of the sacred preparation, not a delay.
