1. Nature of our service
Divya Maarg generates Vedic astrology charts and interpretive readings using a combination of classical Jyotish algorithms and AI-assisted narrative. Our reports are offered for guidance, reflection, and self-understanding. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account or purchase a paid reading.
3. Pricing & purchases
- Free Chart — ₹0 — basic Vedic chart with archetype, top patterns, current dasha.
- Soul Navigator — ₹499 — full narrative, doshas, remedies, dasha timeline, PDF download.
- Cosmic Mastery — ₹999 — everything in Soul Navigator plus Jaimini, KP, ashtakvarga, varshaphal, transits.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Birth data accuracy
The accuracy of any reading is directly tied to the accuracy of the date, time, and place of birth you provide. We are not responsible for interpretive errors caused by incorrect birth data.
5. Intellectual property
The narrative text, design, code, and brand identity of Divya Maarg are owned by us. You may share your own report freely (it is yours), but you may not redistribute or commercialize the platform, our content, or our algorithms without written permission.
6. Account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your phone-number / OTP secure. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
7. Cosmic Alerts subscription (when available)
The ₹99/month Cosmic Alerts subscription, when launched, will be charged via Razorpay subscriptions. You may cancel at any time; no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our platform or reliance on any reading. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
