Refund & Cancellation

Our promise on returns

Vedic readings are deeply personal and computationally generated the moment you submit your birth data — they cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can. That said, we want every seeker to feel respected. Here is exactly how we handle refund requests.

1. Free Chart

The Free Chart is, well, free. There is nothing to refund.

2. Soul Navigator (₹499) and Cosmic Mastery (₹999)

We offer a 72-hour goodwill window from the time of payment in either of these cases:

  • Technical failure — the report failed to generate or could not be opened. We'll first try to fix it; if we can't, we refund 100%.
  • Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same chart. We refund the duplicate.
  • You changed your mind AND you have not yet downloaded the PDF or shared the report link. We refund 100%.

Once the PDF has been downloaded or the report link has been shared, the reading has been delivered and is non-refundable.

3. Cosmic Alerts subscription (when active)

  • Cancel any time from your Account page or by emailing us — no questions asked.
  • Once cancelled, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@divyamaarg.com from the email/phone associated with your purchase, with:

  • Your Razorpay payment ID (sent to you on payment success)
  • The reason for the refund — be specific so we can also fix the underlying issue

We acknowledge within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited back to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We are a small team and a friendly note almost always resolves the issue faster than a bank dispute.

6. Edge cases

If something genuinely went wrong — wrong report rendered, transaction stuck "pending" for hours, or you simply feel unheard — write to us. We will look at the situation honestly and do the right thing, whether or not it strictly fits this policy.
